My name is harshvardhan singh rathore from Ajmer, and i have two shops no. FF-** , FF - ** in the name of mansa associate since two year and here i am facing some issues from last some months which are tolerable but now issue's are increasing day by day as of below mentioned issues are of the following:
*. Regarding air conditioner
For the last * year, i have been complaining to the manager that my office front AC is not working on a daily basis, but after again and again, no resolution will be provided to us.
*. Regarding maintaining charges of the mall
I am continuing paying the maintenance charges on time but due to some banking portal issues in one month your manager calling me in my personal time on **.** PM and he is demanding that maintaining charges on that time only.

Today i am trying to complain again for the not working AC but your manager ( Akshay sharma ) came and told me that what can i do if your ac not working if you have such issues then you can leave these offices and also using abusive language to me and then i trying to take senior authority no. Or email id for complaint, then he refused to provide such things.

Kindly take serious action for such an improper behavior of the manager. Otherwise, I'll sue against the company and the manager as well or resolve my issues as soon as possible.

*NOTE* - Attaching call recording of the manager for your reference and i need resolution of the issues also this is warning mail from our side otherwise i try to complain this issue in consumer court as well
