Mpokket - I have paid the amount but still harassing me

I have paid the amount on june * th my due the amount is debited in their account but in app its still showing due and i did not recieve my amount back also i contacted bannk and also google pay customer service they all said one thing that amount has already debited in merchant account . i have sent my bank statement everything to m pocket but they said they will solve the issue but its simply of no use from past one month daily they call me twice and asking me to pay the due amount though i have already paid they know this and still act smart and cheating me they torcher alot by calling everday twice or thrice i m a student its affecting my studies seriously please some one resolve the issue . Thank you
