I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by this firm, "The Advisor Solution," located at the above-mentioned address. I had a very negative experience with this company, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.

I received a call from Ms. Shivi Srivastav, who informed me that my profile had been shortlisted for an interview at Vodaidea for positions in Data Entry, Telecaller, and Back Office. I arrived for the scheduled interview at * pm, only to find that Ms. Shivi was not present. Instead, I was attended to by Ms. Priya, who insisted on a registration fee of **** rupees before commencing any training. Reluctantly, I paid the fee and was directed to Mr. Bharat for training.

To my dismay, Mr. Bharat informed me that there were no available positions in the back office, contrary to what was initially communicated. I promptly informed Ms. Priya of this discrepancy and requested a refund of my registration fee. She assured me that the refund process was handled by Mr. Vivek and advised me to contact him.

Upon contacting Mr. Vivek, he assured me that my money would be refunded within three months. However, it has now been more than four months (*** days), and I have not received any refund. To exacerbate the situation, all attempts to contact Ms. Shivi, Ms. Priya, and Mr. Vivek have been unsuccessful as none of them respond to my calls.

This entire experience has led me to believe that your company is engaged in fraudulent practices, promising job placements and refunds that are never fulfilled. This not only damages your company's reputation but also places a severe financial burden on individuals who trust in your services.

I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter and seek appropriate legal action if my concerns are not addressed promptly. I request immediate attention to this issue and a full refund of the registration fee, as promised by your representatives.

I expect a prompt and sincere resolution to this matter .
