Pie Infocomm - fraud as security deposit

I have completed my BTech. In the year ****, they came to my college to hire freshers. who those are not selected in on campus they gave a chance to join his company through off campus but this off campus is just a scam. They took **, *** as a security deposit and told me to refund back if I don't join.

On the date of joining they rejected me due to some documentation. I told no problem. I don't want to join your company please refund me back my money.

From that day, I am asking my refund back it's been * year + but my refund is not initiated. They don't pick calls.
