zaaroz - Franchisee SCAM

I am franchisee of this zaaroz in krishnagiri location.they cheated my money.made a contract for * years from may **** by paying * lakh rupees..!, i found their services are very poor & lack of transperencies in their company,they try to deliver more than ** kms for the closed zone from our zone(up & down more than ** km),No proper vendor settlements on time period,etc so i asked about it, instead of giving solutions he said he will provide full refund and stoped the zone .they received all marketing materials, bags from me through courier by saying they will provide full refund, then after received courier they blocked by number..no responses from manager, MD of zaaroz.cheated my moneyno reputed company can do this to their franchisee..No experience staffs, No professional MD,its been more than * months still no refund received from them.i send legal notice to them from my lawyer regarding this, its been More than ** days still no response from them.Never trust this company..they contacted with my friend for franchisee so i agreed to support a start up company by believing them.now they looted my money and blocked my number..zaaroz company not spending * rupree for their expenses everything they spend is franchisee money,if expenses goes high then they stop the zone but add the location in their pamplets & brouchure for ** locations for marketing purposes so they can cheat other people in the name of franchisee by giving fake details,many locations not operational in zaaroz.If the zaaroz staffs reach u for franchisee for free also never take it bcoz their service is very worst ,if we ask about it they will not give proper responses & block us...
ZAAROZ = SCAM
