Airtel DTH - DTH connection disconnected instead of making it prepaid while spliting feom connection

I had * connections with a same dish. I opted for Airtel Black and requested to split the two connection i.e. to add the primary connection under Airtel Black as postpaid and keep the secondary connection as prepaid. When I tried to recharge the *nd connection I learned that instead of making it prepaid it got permanently disconnected and gone out of Airtel DTH system.
I raised a request to revive the same on **th Apr and since then I am calling ***** every day. First I was told that they are trying to make it active. Then it was told that it is not possible so I will need to go for new connection instead. Then it was told that there is some error ocurring while putting this lead into system. I have been talked to *-* different excecutives since then. Every day I talk to different executive and get the same answer that technical team is looking into it and we will arrange a call back with the update on same day.
I never received a call back and still the issue is pending. Every executive is commiting to arrange the call back with technical team and then next day I am calling back to repeat myself to new executive
This is becoming a joke now and I am completely tired
