DTDC bharuch - DTDC shipment is missing

My shipment was dispatched on **th November and was out for delivery on **th November, i didn't received any call/sms/ WhatsApp text or any mail regarding shipment. I didn't receive my parcel.i kept on calling customer care but no action was taken from company end. On **st November its been updated that shipment was delivered at *.** pm but again i didn't get any update via call or mail or any other sources. Since than my parcel is missing. And no action is taken inspite of multiple calls and mails from my end.
