I am filing this complaint against Domino’s Pizza for their failure to provide a full refund as promised under the **-minute delivery guarantee policy and for the unprofessional handling of my grievance.
On **th September, I placed an order (Order No. ***) from Domino’s Guru Hargobind Nagar, Phagwara outlet. The delivery was delayed beyond the **-minute guarantee time limit, making me eligible for a refund of *** points.
I raised the matter through Domino’s customer care and a service ticket (No. *******) was generated. Despite multiple follow-ups, Domino’s has not taken any effective action to resolve the issue. The customer service executives were unresponsive and unhelpful, and my repeated attempts to reach a solution were ignored.
Such behavior shows clear negligence and lack of accountability from Domino’s, causing both inconvenience and loss to the customer.
