I placed an order (#****) with Ditchtheguilt and completed payment via UPI. However, I have encountered the following issues:
Unable to track shipment – No tracking ID provided; shipment status unavailable
Unresponsive customer support – All three contact numbers provided (**********, **********, **********) are out of service/unreachable
No alternative communication – Unable to reach support via email or other channels
Despite these failures, I have not received my order or any explanation from the company.
Action Requested: Full refund of payment to my original UPI account immediately.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
