I deposited **K in Parimatch account on **th of October ****, but not reflecting in it, even after **+ days now.
I submitted the bank statement, as requested on **th and **th of October. After which the company has been non responsive.
The account manager Phoebe is not only not responsive but also a fraud claiming that she is my account manager, but never responds.
Parimatch India has eventually become one email address. They don't even have any grievance or alternate source to receive a response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
