Backinsale - Delivered Broken Power bank

On **th Feb. I ordered a combo pack of Power bank (PHILIPS) and Bluetooth headphone. I took my delivery on *rd march.. I had seen that my power bank was broken and most probably it was an old product... I wanted to replace my product , but all phone no given by the site (Back In Sale) was wrong. And there is also an option that is complain through mail.. I had also done it... But no reply came to me. Suddenly on *th March my power Bank blusted.. No option left to me.. Please take some proper steps.
