Agarwal Packers and Movers BADE BHAIYA - Damaged Items Delayed Car Delivery Abusive Behavior

I am writing to report a highly unprofessional and distressing experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (BADE BHAIYA) during my relocation from Pune to Kolkata in May ****.

During the packing and loading process, the staff were intoxicated—drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana outside my home, which was captured on CCTV.
My brand-new refrigerator was damaged during the move.
My car, which was supposed to be delivered within ** days, arrived after a month, having been driven over **** km by road instead of being transported via carrier.
Upon delivery, the car had a broken windshield and multiple scratches.
I contacted the company and initially spoke to someone, to whom I sent photos and claim details. However, after that, they either stopped answering my calls or responded in an abusive and threatening manner.
When I escalated the issue to Mr. Srinivas (GM, Hyderabad), he transferred me to the claims team, who also behaved rudely and used abusive language.
My claim remains unresolved to this day.
This experience has caused me significant stress and financial loss. I am seeking immediate resolution and compensation for the damages caused.
