I am highly disappointed with the new closing timing of this Reliance Smart Point. Everyone knows that the evening is the most convenient time for customers to purchase groceries, but unfortunately, this store has reduced its closing time to *:** PM, which is very inconvenient.

Moreover, the staff behavior towards customers is not satisfactory, which adds to the unpleasant experience.

In Samastipur, we have two Reliance Smart Point outlets. The first one, located near Bazar Samiti, remains open till *:** PM and provides better service. But the second store, which I am reviewing here, unnecessarily closes at *:** PM, causing a lot of inconvenience to working people and evening shoppers.

I request the management to kindly reconsider the closing time and improve customer service at this store.
