Red Bus India private limited - complaint against redbus and city land travels for fraudulent practices and not refunding the bus t

I am filing this complaint against redBus for gross negligence and failure to provide the service as promised.

On *th August ****, I had a confirmed booking with redBus (Booking ID: #TU**********) for travel. However, the bus departed before the scheduled departure time displayed on the redBus platform. I was not given any prior intimation, SMS, or call by the bus operator regarding this change.

This incident highlights:

Deficiency in service  as the promised service was not provided.

Negligence by the operator and platform  failure to inform the passenger.

Mental harassment and inconvenience  due to being stranded despite a valid ticket.

I had raised this issue through redBuss support channels, but the response has been unsatisfactory and no corrective action has been taken.

Therefore, I seek the following remedies:

Full refund of the booking amount.

Compensation for the harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss caused.

Investigation into the conduct of the operator and corrective measures by redBus.

If redBus fails to act, I request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against the company under the Consumer Protection Act, ****, for deficiency of service and unfair trade practices.
