I placed an order for bike/car parts on **rpm.com, Order #*********, dated ** March ****. Paid full ₹*** via PayU UPI (PayU Transaction ID: ***********, Bank Ref: ************).
Initially showed same-day dispatch, but after * days still "Processing". Emailed sales@**rpm.com on ** March **** to cancel. Cancellation confirmed via email.
Parcel was out for delivery, but I requested return to origin via call. XpressBees AWB No: ************** shows Return to Origin Intranst on **-**-**** (origin Pune).
Received only partial refund of ₹** from PayU on ** March **** (ARN: ************). Remaining ₹*** not refunded till date.
Multiple follow-up emails to sales@**rpm.com – no reply. PayU ticket closed, advised contact merchant. Account login now failing.
This is deficiency in service, unfair trade practice. Order cancelled timely, parcel returned unused – full refund due (max small restocking fee allowed, not **% cut).
Demand: Immediate full refund of ₹*** to original payment method, plus compensation for harassment and time wasted.
Proofs attached: Payment screenshot, PayU refund email, cancellation email from **rpm, order status, XpressBees tracking.
