Datawind - calling tablet , cannot send keyboard, scratch card and pouch.

i bought a data wind company calling tablet * months ago that company advertisement on z tamil tv show calling tablet with free keyboard, scratch card and pouch but that company send only tablet, cannot send keyboard, scratch card and pouch. many time i call datawind company customer care, he/she says send messages to this number**********(keyboard and pouch) - **********(scratch card) and he/she says i will send * or * weeks, and also send gift voucher i can call many times he/she cannot response or call me later, and also technical problem in calling tablet data wind company customer care cannot response(calling charge rs. ** loss for me). but now this time company cannot send any items. so, i kindly request to take immediate action to data wind company, also get items from datawind company, give it to me sir/madam and also i am mentaly distrubed so compansation ** to ** lakhs from data wind company. this is panishment for the company, next time that company cannot to do this kind of work.
