Boat - boAt Soundbar purchased from Flipkart

I purchased a boAt Soundbar via Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************). The product stopped working and I raised multiple warranty complaints with boAt (Ticket IDs: ********, ********, ********), but all were cancelled without resolution. No technician visited, no call was received, and the company is falsely claiming my number was unreachable. I have shared * active numbers and received repeated excuses from boAt.

Flipkart, being the marketplace, is refusing to take accountability and is instead redirecting me back to the same broken customer care loop. This is mental harassment and clear warranty fraud.

I demand a refund or immediate service pickup and resolution. I’m attaching all evidence including emails, service ticket IDs, and communication logs.
