Bhagvati Agro Industries Ltd - Bhagvati Agro Industries Ltd Fraud

Dr. Kareena Bhagvati is the Director of the company was in constant touch in this deal, The material was " Palmine Nut, they have quoted that it is supplied in *** grams each packet will cost around INR *,**,*** /- (one lakh ninty one thousands seven hundred and fifty rupees only) if you don't want that product it can be refunded anytime total ***% amount with in ** days return. as we were in need of * packets as it is on urgent basis we have paid the amount for * packets. * * ****** = ****** for extra INR *** for other charges for each packet. the material got delivered on **th Dec ****, after seeing the product i got the doubt that, the material (It is Fake Material) will not have that much worth and even the from address was different from original address mentioned in the quotation. i have sent immediately an email, there is something wrong with it. after researching about the same we found that it is big trap and they are making money out of nothing. bhagvati agro company are doing frauds. I would like to get the refund amount ASAP.
I have already raised a complaint in Consumer Online Forum with Grievance Number: ******* got the advice saying, the company is not responding seems like not ready to refund the amount and need to file a complaint at "Jorhat Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum"
