I had downloaded the Story TV app on my phone and took a ₹* subscription. But suddenly, on ** January ****, ₹*** was automatically deducted from my phone and Story TV subscribed me without my permission.
After that, I checked their app and saw that they have a refund policy, but it is useless because it does not work at all. I have been trying to follow the instructions given there since yesterday, but nothing is working.
When I did not get any help there, I emailed Story TV support three times, but I still have not received any response from them.
Please help me urgently.
