Here is our consumer No. ************
As per our records, we have paid all previous month’s bills, with the latest payment made on *th July,****. There are no outstanding arrears from any prior month.
However, we have received the August **** bill, which shows arrears of ₹*,***. Due to this, the total bill amount has increased to ₹*,***.
