Dear sir
This is bring to your notice that, I have purchased one Samsung S**FE model mobile phone on yesterday night around *pm (**-Aug-**).
While usage and charging mobile produce over heating so I went show room and informed branch manager, they said we will send to Samsung service station and then let you know.. actually I am not satisfied with their commitment.
I am old age women, so kindly consider my concerns and requesting yours support to replace the product for me.
