PVR - 500 PVR Gift Card Redeemed Ticket Not Booked Amount Deducted

I tried to book a movie ticket at PVR Motera, Ahmedabad on *th September ****. During the payment process, I redeemed a ₹*** PVR gift card obtained via Microsoft Rewards. Due to a technical glitch and back navigation on the payment screen, the booking was not completed successfully, but the gift card amount was deducted and marked as redeemed.

As a result, no ticket was generated, and I did not receive any booking confirmation. The ₹*** gift card now shows zero balance and cannot be reused. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with PVR customer support, the problem remains unresolved. I am requesting a refund of the ₹*** or the re-crediting of the gift card amount to my PVR wallet
