भरत सिंह बिस्ट, S/O भूपाल सिंह बिस्ट,नीलकंठ कॉलोनी, दो नहरिया में रहता है। इससे मैंने HDFC life Insurance कराया था। जिसका बांड मेरे पास है।
यह आदमी बजाज कैपिटल में जॉब करता था।
अबकी बार प्रीमियम जमा करने का समय हुआ तो इसका फोन आया की आपको ऑफिस आने की जरूरत नहीं है। आप मेरे द्वारा भी जमा करा सकते है। जो कि हमारी कम्पनी की पालिसी भी है!
जैसा की अमूमन सभी लोग एजेंट को रूपये दे देते है वहीं आपका प्रीमियम जमा करके आपको रसीद दे देता है। लेकिन **-** दिनों तक रसीद नहीं आई तो मैंने उसको फोन से पूछा तो वह बोला की रसीद *-* दिन में दे दूंगा। लेकिन आज मुझे पता चला है कि उसने बजाज कपिटल ने उसे जॉब से निकाल दिया था
लेकिन बजाज कैपिटल की गलती यह है कि उस कम्पनी ने मुझे यह जानकारी मेरे साथ साझा नहीं की ना हीं sms के द्वारा ना हीं mail के द्वारा
जिस कारण मैं उसे कम्पनी का कर्मचारी समझ कर उसे प्रीमियम के रुपये दिए! अब कंपनी अपना पल्ला झाड रही है कि वह हमारा कर्मचारी नहीं है
मैंने उसे **,***/- रुए दिए थे।
