GoAir Airline - GOAIR NOT REFUNDING OR CANCELLING THE TICKET

Dear sir I am from middle class family and I have booked my flight ticket on **/**/**** Chennai to Mumbai to fly on */**/**** with two PNR NOS. And total cost of the flight is Rs ***** for up and doen.But this airlines as canceled there flight and denying to Refund my amount, so I have rescheduled for **th of July. Issues is this people are making flight avelablity in *rd party protocol and there Owen website and cancelling the flight after they get lumsum amount on that fligt. And it is going on for long time I am checking and tracking on daily basis. I have mailed regarding this to their nodalofficer@goair.in and appellateauthority@goair.in by explaining my issues but there is no response on mail and customer service. If I strat asking them for the refund they are saying that it is beyond the control so we can't able to refund the amount. I can understand the situation that happening in India but they should not make there flight avelablity on *rd party protocol and there website. I am attaching you the evidence and proof for your reference. Please do the needful.
