Pure slim pro keto weight loss supplement - 'Fake supplements' online company fraud alert

I was browsing through Instagram which is when I found this 'Pure Slim Pro' advertising it's Keto weight loss supplements. It was a USA based product and sponsored ad on Instagram occurring frequently. I had heard a lot about the keto meal plan, diet and transformations. So after checking their profile I was convinced by their scientific description and nutritional values. Hence thought of trying * bottle of ** capsules of Rs. ****. I entered delivery details and selected COD on *st July ****, but dint place the order as I wanted to cross-check with other people concerned with health. I don't know how they considered the order. The item has been delivered to the home on *th July. Since my mother didn't know anything about this she paid the amount and took the delivery in my absence thinking that I might have ordered as my name was on the parcel cover. I was shocked and tried calling the helpline numbers but all were switched off and few don't even exist. Indian headquarters was written to be in Delhi. * number was answered and after I asked for return they blocked all my numbers. I can't contact them now. Hence proved its pure fraudulence and I want the refund. No guarantee of that product as well when the company itself turned out to be a fraud one.
