Respected Sir/Ma'am, I had ordered a pair of shoes from ajio with Order ID #FL********** however instead of shoes I was delivered a pair of jeans so according to ajio's rules I applied for an exchange and provided the necessary details there and an exchange was arranged now after * days when the delivery person came to deliver the exchange product i.e. the shoes which I ordered in the first place. He told me that he cannot exchange my jeans cause he can only exchange shoes with shoes but how can I provide him shoes if I haven't received them in the first place and my exchange order was denied after the delivery person left I tried to contact the customer care department of AJIO and they told me that they will arrange another exchange for me and this time there won't be an issue but today i.e. on *th October **** again my exchange was denied stating the same thing as last time,
This has been happening, again and again, they tell me its the logistic company's fault and the logistic company tells me its AJIO's fault,
It's been about ** days since I have placed my order and still till now I haven't received the shoes with no mistake of mine, all the errors have been made by the company's end then why I as a customer am being penalized for the same. Kindly take this matter as urgent and very serious and do the needful at the earliest.
