i ordered a red color suit online on **th jan **** from www.choiceespecial.com. the color of the suit was red. on **nd around * in the morning i received the parcel when i opened it i found it was not the same suit which i ordered so i called the number (at ** AM) which was mentioned on the parcel the man who received the call said that he we check and will get back to me in an hour i waited for couple of hours and when there was no response i called them back the person didn't receive my call and made his phone engaged it was just coming busy busy..i texted him on wats app he read my message but still there was no response, i finally opened there site and from there i got one more number i called on that number and again had a word with one man, that man kept me on hold stating that he is checking the account order status even asked for my name, after * minutes he said that he is checking in his system and the request which i made was for pink color suit not red i told him that it is not true also informed him that i received an e mail once i placed the order and in that e mail also the suit is mentioned as red color, i realized that he is lying, i checked my account on www.choiceespecial.com and there also i saw that my order was for red suit only which specifically means that the guy was lying. I tried calling them but they are not answering my call.Since i cannot attach the copy of the e mail as there is no option supported, so I am attaching the picture of the pink suit which i didn't order but i received.
