*. I had ordered a Redmi Note **T *G vide Order# ***-*******-******* on ** Jan **** from amazon. However I received a package on ** feb **** which had the following :- (a) The label outside the box had details of wireless(mobile) product (photo attached). (b) Inside the package was Dove anti dandruff shampoo and its invoice (photo attached). *. I contacted amazon customer care (Ms Nisha and Mr Shais), however they had a very negative response and told me that based on their investigation they have come to conclusion that the product return and refund will not be processed. Sir, according to what was conveyed to me, investigation at amazon end only proves that the correct product was shipped correctly till courier point. However, the final product received by me was a totally different product. This is a serious breach of trust and forgery at the end of amazon and its partners. *. I am an army personnel and would never indulge in activities unbecoming of a moral code of conduct. Furthermore, I would never pursue a bogus case keeping at stake the reputation of my organisation.
