I have booked an online order in Utsav suits on April **th, **** and received a wrong product on May *rd. I immediately sent an email to customer support (Vaishali Shah) of Utsav suits with pictures quoted and received a response saying that "As the product is not damaged or defective we cannot accept the returns". The response is so irrelevant even after several emails mentioning them, that they have delivered a wrong product with cheap quality. I'm expecting an actual product to be delivered or refund to be processed.
