I placed an order from your esteemed e-commerce brand for a women's top. But when I opened the package the product was entirely different from what I ordered.
Find the attached image for your reference.
I requested a return which wasn't being approved claiming that there was no mistake in packing the product and return would not be issued to me.
I contacted customer care service they disconnected my call many times between the conversations and they refused to provide any evidence indicating that the correct product was packed.
As a buyer, I have experienced this as a pathetic service. I'm expecting your company to take immediate corrective action to resolve this issue.
Offer an exchange of the product return the product or refund my money.
