I ordered a Redmi * mobile worth of **** on *rd October **** and the expected delivery date was **th October. I received the item by **th October. at my home and the site shows the delivery date as **th of October in some other location like Pozhuthana SO.
And the most hurting thing is that, I received wrong product, a Philips trimmer of cost *** rupees. I haven't get enough time to return or replace the product, even ** days.
I contacted Amazon customer service at least ** times and they treated me in very irresponsible way, as they drop out phone calls.
I would like to return or replace my item. As a customer, I have the right to get an oppurtunity to replace the wrong item delivered. I send a mail about this to Amazon two days ago and they does not respond. I lost my cash and hours on this.
