Hi,
This is to inform you that I have been scammed by either Casio company or xpressbees delivery by receiving a wrong product.

I have received sunglasses instead of casio watch Sheen SHE-****PGL-*AUDF, I have shared the images and video as a proof.

I was out of town and had to change my delivery address to my relatives so hadn't had the opportunity to unbox the item only realizing that evening while unboxing that it is an incorrect item.

This is such a big red flag as they did not even check whether the right product was delivered or not, meaning my product has been lost or been delivered to another customer, this is seriously ill.

the seller says reach out to xpressbees, and Xpressbees are saying reach out to the seller.
Their mail is saying something else and their call team is saying, the team will initiate return pick up within ** to ** hours, meaning they are saying something else.

Their call team and support team is not co-ordinating and is confusing the customer more and more by stating more lies.
Even after all the evidence I have given, their team is lazily replying to me and not reaching or caling me or co-ordinating with me at all.

They have no shame, asking me to reach out to the seller as they and casio team India have co-ordinated my product delivery.
