मैंने * अप्रैल, **** को एक ऑनलाइन वेबसाइट (www.tehali.com) के माध्यम से आइटम का आदेश दिया है। मुझे ** अप्रैल, **** को आदेश मिला है। मैंने जो आइटम ऑर्डर किया है वह है: तेहाली क्रिएशन सिल्क ब्लैक कॉल / हमारा एम्ब्रॉएडर्ड सेमी स्टिच्ड / लेहेंगा (जैसा कि रसीद पर लिखा गया है जो पैकेज से जुड़ा हुआ है और यह वह आइटम है जिसे मैंने ऑर्डर किया है) लेकिन वे पैकेज के अंदर नहीं हैं कि मैंने आदेश दिया है। मैंने पैकेज लौटाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन वेबसाइट में रिटर्न का विकल्प नहीं है। मैं रुपये *** की वापसी की मांग करता हूं और पैकेज वापस करना चाहता हूं।
