Dear Swiggy,
With utmost anguish, I am writing this email to you.
As you can see from the subject content above mentioned, this is in regard to yesterday’s my order No. ***********
I am surprised and worried with the manner, swiggy and its delivery partners behaving of late. We both know that due to shortage of utmost valuable TIME, we are ordering food online to save our valuable time and at the some times due to lot of hungry and craving to have good food.
My yesterday’s order is owing to both the reasons which I had stated above. But it seems swiggy and their delivery partners ZERO percent care towards its valuable or in valuable customers.
When I ordered MIX NON – VEG NOODLES, I had received VEG MANCHUIRA instead of what I had ordered. I reached the help section on the APP and raised the issue. There also the executive who attend me, made sure that I SUFFER much more than what else I had already suffered due to wrong items delivered to me. The executive seems not keen on providing immediate relief and just behaved like a machine or Robert and informed me that issue will be raised further with restaurant.
I am not interested in raising the issue and further delaying my precious time and I had asked her to immediate refund of my money or delivery of food which I had ordered. But to my surprise, the executive simply asked to email my grievance to you.
Already I was hungry and at that time, emailing is of no question.
I had made another order through swiggy with other restaurant and lost my precious time and energy.
Hence, I demand immediate refund of my entire money which I paid to that order and also suitable compensation for all the agony which I had underwent due to SWIGGY.
