I had received new replacement after *.* month after esclating many times now Yogesh Gunjkar Executive asking me to Send Defective products and also requesting me to send Defective Products from My Address where Pickup Point is not available and why I should pay Extra money for courier from my Pocket

He had not send me the courier on my courier address because courier facilities is not available at my Location the. Pickup location is how could available and why I should pay extra money to ship the defective courier

Allready new replacement is provided by company and it has delivered to me then why Yogesh Gunjkar is sending me Messages to ship the product on the address take necessary action to him or I should take necessary action against him through Consumer Court for harrassing me
