Zomato - Was charged 100 cancellation fees for cancellation within 5 mins of order

Was charged ***% cancellation fees for cancellation within * mins of order.
I had ordered icecream from polar bear through Zomato appa..as soo as I ordered I realized that that app has assigned the order to wrong outlet with ** mins delivery ETA..Cream would have melt.. so Immediately I canceled the order and rebooted the order with polarbear outlet near me using Zomato. I was shocked to see that I was charged all of my payment as cancellation fees ₹***. I reached to customer care for help..but they refused to refund or help giving reason that their partner need to be compensated..but for what?..first of all the app inspired of location being on ..took.me to an outlet far away from my location...I rebooted the order with the same.partner but but near.my place...please register complaint against ,Zomato for unreasonable charges levied to a customer
