We got one ear buds from Crossbit company which had one year warranty. After running for a few months, it started having some problems. After that I contacted the company, they said you send this to the company's service center by courier, after that we also sent it. Then the answer came from there that the ic is bad and overcharging has happened and there is also physical damage due to which the warranty cannot be covered, for this you will have to pay Rs ****, then only replacement will be done. While neither there is any physical damage in my crossbeat ear buds and no over charging has happened. After that we refused to pay and got our product back.
