I have purchased a crossbeats ignite s* max on ** August ****. Within a month started facing a problems given bellow
I) Initially sensors were working perfectly now they are working some times and stops working
sometimes and has started taking count and measurement of any surface -Video sent to
support mail and reviewed by crossbeats support team
II. In between there was an issue with system, watch was starts working automatically and had
stop touch response. After a particular interval it is happening again and again-Video sent to
support mail and reviewed by crossbeats support team
III. Battery is getting drained within a day even keeping it on watch mode along with save battery
mode- this problem is since product is purchased- this is manufacturing defect
IV. When the watch is on wrist gives a clicking sound from bottom.
And the same were communicated to the crossbeats support team.
I claimed a warranty after sending product videos to them on their requirement and after their approval dispatched the same.
How they have verified the product I don't know, in response they said that product is fine confirme the return addresses of product. Then I take issue to their Twitter handle but couldn't get any support for the same.
Now they have send me email to send Rs ** for return the product.
