Dear sir/ Madam
The experience given by sp electronics let me share with you.
My videocon led tv was not turning on few days before my budget didn't allow me to go to buy new one.
I have approached videocon customer no to get proper original company service
Sp electronic as authorised service for videocon in ahmedabad approached me regarding same asked me what is problem.
I stated them there was cracking sound coming in the tv and now tv is not turning on now only only red incator light is coming., He said sir there is problem in mother board and speaker. I said ok you come and please check
He came up next day checked and stated same to my wife I was in office that time on phone he said me sir it would charge around **** to get replace new motherboard and speaker and i need speaker to remove and give to company to get new for same model and size., I said ok.
After * to * day he came and repaired the device tv was working on **th october.
My wife called me to confirm payment to technicians she handed over the phone to him and there was master stroke
He offered me **** for no bill repair he will cancel the order and I need to confim videocon that I have repaired from my own source and one month warranty from sp electronicz.
Second offer was to make complete payment and get the bill.
I agreed to pay extra *** and got the bill attached with this email as I have trust on videocon knowing company is closed.
Now on **th october my tv condition was as before it shut down suddenly.
I requested customer service to the same concern.
Yesterday on **th october he came back and taken motherboard and said sir we need to check whats wrong we will get back to you.
Now I am bit confused he didn't took firstly motherboard only speakers if my tv is in out of warranty and if he will inform company model and serial no company will certainly give spare parts required where customer is ready to pay.
So why need to remove my spare parts and if in replacement you given me new motherboard how it would be stopped working with in * days and why it would be repaired and given to me , it should new replacement in days if it's stopped.
It's was also dicy and suspicious.
How could I believe the parts you bought are new one there is no authentic acknowledgement presented or given to me
My request is just ask them to refund **** what I have given to them
