- Unexpectedly poor customer service of Lenovo Open

I have bought this Lenovo IdeaPad on **th May ****. But, after one year and * months, I don't know what happened to it but it stopped working. I lodged a complaint on Lenovo at pop@lenovo.com but rather than helping with the issue, they just kept asking for pics, invoice, warranty though I had already sent them thrice. Even after all this, there came no response other than, "We are looking into your issue." Finally, when I got completely hopeless, I moved from there and contacted directly to customer service. The customer service made a video call to check the laptop and said that one lenovo representative will come and immediately change the required parts. But, the day when the person came, he looked into my laptop and said that it's your fault and we can't do anything. I literally didn't do anything. I explained him from A to Z but he kept saying that it was my fault. After that I said Ok and then he left. Now I have filed another complaint against Lenovo product on Amazon (from where I had ordered) and let's see what happens.
I am a freelancer and my everything is on my laptop. My earnings, my documents, the place where I work, everything is my laptop. My earnings has stopped. I can continue my studies. My classes are there, I'm a third year student. I have various exams to prepare for. Please help me get my laptop's part changed and I request please do not send that Lenovo representative again. He has removed my sticker also (the sticker on motherboard after whose removal we can't claim any warranty). The representative was a novice. Please get the issue resolved. It's been about ** days since there company hasn't responded.
