My name is Jobin John, and I am writing this to bring to light the unprofessional and unethical practices of **Magnitude Square Realty Pvt Ltd and to caution others against falling for their deceptive promises.

I approached Magnitude Square Realty Pvt Ltd to purchase a farmland in my wife's name (Treasa Francis Desilva) near Lepakshi, Andhra Pradesh, marketed under the name "I-Siri Managed Sandalwood Farmland". The company's so-called **USP of "No Maintenance Charges" to maintain the farmland initially attracted me. I was in touch with their employee, Shashank, and on ****-**-****, I paid a **booking amount of Rs. **,***/-. This payment was made with a clear **promise from the company that the amount would be refunded immediately if I decided not to proceed for any reason.

Upon further evaluation, I decided not to move ahead with the purchase. The primary reason was the poor condition of their existing project, "Chandana Siri" in Madhugiri, which is a glaring example of how their "No Maintenance Charges" policy leads to project neglect.

Initially, Shashank assured me that the refund had been initiated and would be credited within * days. Now, it has been over a month, and I am yet to receive my money back. Every time I contact Shashank, I receive excuses such as:
- "The refund has been processed"
- "The amount will be credited within two days."

When I ask for proof, such as a transaction screenshot, either he avoids the question or excuses about being busy with other customers' sale agreements.

For a company that claims to be "big and reputed," it is baffling that they cannot process a mere Rs. **,*** refund in a timely manner.

I have all the proofs and screenshots of the communications to substantiate my claims. Now, this is not just about my refund. It is about exposing the false promises and unethical practices of this company and its employees. I want to ensure that others are aware of their tactics and think twice before trusting them with their hard-earned money.
