I booked a car(Tata tiago) on **th may, but as soon as I reached the place I wasn't able to unlock he car because of some issue with the app, I tried * different devices still it was the same issue.
In the app it is still showing as an upcoming trip whereas the trip ended * days ago, I didn't get my refund, since then I've raised * tickets but there's no response.
