In July, I requested that my existing open ticket be re-scheduled for **th July. They could not do it stating that they do not have access to the Emirates ticket.
I contacted Emirates and Emirates posted a response saying that they've guided the agency on how to rebook.
Nothing happened. I had to book another ticket and I requested a refund. I sent *-* emails but I received zero response.
I called them today and they said they still don't have access to the ticket.
