- Transportation of Household Items from Bangalore to Imhpal ^Open

I was contacted by Shifkart Packers and movers (Supreme Packers and movers) for shifting my household items from Bangalore (Kamanahalli) to Manipur. Anthony was the person from the sales team who came to assess what items will be sent. He also confirmed that the shifting charges would be Rs**,***. Later we added * more items refrigerator and Washing machine and the charges went up to another Rs.**** total was Rs.**,***
At the time when the packers arrived, they were prompt and diligent at their work and shifting Manager Ruby even sent email and called me to update that the packers will arrive on **th August ****.
After **th August **** when the packing of the household item has been done and payment of Rs. **,*** was paid as charges to shift the items and the remaining balance would be paid on delivery of the household items. Furthermore, I was informed by Nasir that I would be provided with a tracking number once when the goods have been shipped from their location. On **nd of September I called Nasir (the person who came to collect the household items) for an update and he claimed that he has sent me the tracking ID which I did not receive. He informed me he will check and get back to me with the details which he didn't. I reached out to Ruby and she stated the same thing that she will get back to me with an update. Again, on the **rd September **** I called Nasir again and he provided me another number (Imran) which was the ground shifting manager. I called the number and asked him for an update he stated the same as done by Nasir and Ruby and call me back which never happened. This ordeal went on for more than * weeks still no update and they keep stating that the household items will be delivered without fail, however they refuse to provide any information regarding the delivery whatsoever.
Called Imran for an update he informed me that I would receive my household items on **th September **** but it never came so I called Ruby for an update, she informed that I would receive them on **th September **** which never happened.
I reached out to Anthony the person who came to meet me in Bangalore before scheduling the shifting date and informed him that I still have not received, he checked apparently and informed me that I would receive my items on **th September **** which I didn’t receive.
Received another call from Shifkart Packers and Movers confirming whether I have received my items or not informed the called that I haven’t. He checked and confirmed that I would receive my items **th September **** which got pushed to **rd September **** which never happened.
This has been going back and forth and I am sick and tired not to mention frustrated with the way they do things. Furthermore, they confirm from their end it will be done but refused to provide any concrete evidence of the delivery date and the particulars about the transit.
This ordeal has given me unwanted tension and frustration which has caused an issue with my day-to-day life and mental stability.
