lesson for brand trust but why did you do it with me? Where is my mistake? If you can't provide transport then, whey you have accepted. If not also, why not inform me much earlier, I could have planned something.
*. I have never requested for cancelling, who asked you to cancel and refund money. At that time money is important or service.
*. Who is responsible for the pain in mind, health, emotionally, trust and feeling.
*. Transport vendors are playing with you people, who is controlling them?
*. When the vendor called me personally and was ready to provide transport with a high price and bit time difference on the same day, then how you are not getting slots, so your people are completely listening to what the vendor is saying.
**. Your company provide priority to the vendor or the customer?
Please respond and never ever play with normal people like this. We dont have a choice also at the last moment.
Your company is solely responsible for my problems, what happened, why you people did like this with me, just for the *K extra which the vendor was looking for. You could have asked me, pay * K else I will not get transport and you people are just listing the vendors, I would have paid happly.
Please respond to me and forward the mail to the correct team if I have not added them in this mail.
Let me know what is the next step.
Wanted to say, finally I have got another transport after begging many vendors and reached my new place at midnight ** PM with my family and paid * times what you have quoted. Who is responsible for that?
