Hey Team, explanation of my concern.
I came in contact with the Xpress club representative (female)through Instagram as i was planning post wedding holiday.
She then told me her senior would contact me named Aditya Patel.
Then we had detailed conversation about membership its benefits and facilities along with sightseeing and flight package as well.
At that time i was planning for a trip to Andaman.
That person told me ,we would give you membership at **,*** and flight with sightseeing at **,***.
I took membership only because i wanted flight and sightseeing package as well.
They told first take membership we ll make you member first then we will do flight and sightseeing package.They also told they are involved more into membership but also they arrange flight and sightseeing facilities.They said they were having coupons on flight so that they can book in cheaper price comparison to normal person.
I took membership on ** Aug **** .
Then after that on the very next day that person stopped picking calls .
I contacted his company landline number about flights and sightseeing iternary package but after discussion they said we cannot provide you flight and sightseeing iternary package in ***** price will be different depending on availability and they said dont contact us , contact with the person who told you about this package.
At the end they didn't give flight and sightseeing iternary package.So i had to change my vacation place plans.
They had shared list of hotels they are having tie-up, all are atleast * star hotel ,i checked it on Google.
Membership has ** night and ** days plans for * years.* nights can be utilised in a year but also if company has rooms availability you can utilise all ** night in * year as well.As I took membership in single shot payment that is ***** so * night and * days extra also provided to me.
Also rooms would be having capacity of * adult+* kids or * adults.
There policy is room reservations can be done only prior ** days .
My plans were to book room between ** to ** Dec ****.As i took membership in Aug** so between Dec and Aug there were more than ** days so room reservation not done at that time.
While taking membership the person Aditya Patel promised to give room reservations in *-* days inspite of knowing ** days reservation policy.
I then thought about waiting, till difference between my plan date is ** days or less.
So i approached them on ** Oct **** about my reservation plan for Goa same ** to ** Dec ****.
I told them to share hotel lists available.
They first said we cannot provide you booking in that period as it is a long weekend either book before ** Dec **** or after * Jan ****.
Then i had lot of discussion and i said i have not used your membership either provide me booking or refund my amount.
They said then we will provide you booking so i said share list of hotels in Goa.
Afterward they shared * hotels which was not present in the list shared by th earlier while offering membership.
Also they were average * star hotel.
So i said i don't want this hotel provide one which is present in the list.
It was Friday,girl on customer care desk said give me * days I'll do something for you on Monday.
I told jer clearly if you are providing better hotel insure that rooms are also provided according to standard which was told to me and written in membership details.
On Monday they provide * better hotel still it was not present in that list, still i said i am ok with it but what size room are you providing.
They respond deluxe room capacity of * person very small in size that hotel is having bigger room than that still they denied giving anything better than that.
So i said i dont want small room
