Dear Prestige Team,
I had been purchased "Prestige Aluminium Manual Gas Stove * Burner Magic glass Top,Black | pgtmc** in may ****. (Ref: Attached invoice)
Unfortunately, Yesterday the glass top broke suddenly while using the stove.
I had registered my complaint with the customer care (Job ID-DELHEC**********). Post home visit by technician, he suggested that this happened due to over heating due to * burners being used simultaneously. And in this case, customer will have to pay
**** rs for new glass even though the product is in warranty.
I have purchased a * burner product to obviously be able to use all the * burners together and if this incident happened then this fault indicates a product design issue.
Please help me to replace my glass in warranty and I would also request you to look into this concern to avoid such future incidents.
