I bought A Cooler From Mahadev Fan address Shop # * DDA Market Basai Dara Pur, New Delhi ****** Mob : ********** / **********
on ** April **** & this guy delivered me a substandard product. Fan Broke in a month, Fan Rim broke twice, lot of complaints in this cooler, I need refund I bought Fan called a person to fix it up he took money then rim broke I again called a person to fix it up again he asked me for labour. I I paid approx. ₹****/- however cooler was bought for ****/- (**** paid via Paytm *** cash)

I need minimum of **-**% refund of the amount I paid. This person did not have me any invoice he said he will then he refused. I complained him then he did what can I do if it's not working fine ?
