Have raised a caller ID ***** for the below mentioned issue to replace the entire Dining set due to issues as mentioned below.

Have been following up with the store since reopening of the store after lock down was lifted.

They have replaced only the broken chair but not the complete set.

The New chair which I received is a well finished product as attached.

Now, I don't understand why Royaloak which is a reputed brand in furniture business is delivering products of bad quality and finish.

The store manager is also trying to convince me that this is wooden furniture and will have issues.
I understand wood will have some difference in grains and colour, but we cannot accept a product with bad finish like the below.

We have chosen this Audi dining set and bed for its design, which was there in display, the recieved dining set is not at all well finished product as it was in the display.

We select a furniture looking at the design. If the design only has issues, how can we accept such product.

Please look into this matter and get it resolved by replacing the complete dining set with a well finished and tested product, and not just to empty your warehouse.
