I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop MacBook Pro **-inch, I bought from iWorld Apple store (Logix City Centre, Noida ) * day ago. (On Saturday **th October ****).
When I bought this laptop it was ***% charged. I brought that home and in night I was doing data transfer from my old laptop suddenly I noticed that when battery getting lower than **% charge laptop get off immediately, so on Sunday **th October **** I went to iWorld store and show them the scenario and told them that you handed me defected laptop so please get me replacement of it, but they straightly refused to replace it, and saying that we will send this to apple service centre and diagnose the same. I told them that I paid for new laptop then why would I go for diagnose one.I insisted a lot to them for replacement but they were not listening at all but saying we can’t help it. So I Handover that laptop to iWorld store manager and walkout. This experience has change my mind for Apple Products. I have more than *-* MacBook and other Apple devices but this time iWorld has destroyed that brand image for me now.
Although, I still looking with hope and I definitely need this situation to be solved as soon as possible. As my Job getting hampered, I am unable to do my job without laptop, I request iWorld to get me replacement for my laptop as I paid for new one. But they are not helping at all.
